All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In cases of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Bangladesh Orders
- Standard Delivery: 2–7 Business Days
International Orders
- Standard International Delivery: 7–21 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
