  • 14-Day Return Policy for international customers.

The return period starts from the date you receive your order.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Imported & Pre-Order Products

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item without providing a reason.

Refund Process

Order Cancellation
